Tang Soo Do Karate
Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art with a focus on personal protection. This a great art form for both beginners and experienced martial artists. Our weekly group classes allow for collaboration and peer support in a welcoming environment.

Kick-boxing
Kickboxing is a great full body workout that uses stand-up bags. Class sizes are small: usually less than six, allowing for tailored feedback and guidance. Our classes help you build skills in a fun, stress-relieving way.
